The interior design of an apartment in the old part of Tehran was fully carried out by Saye Architecture Office, with a focus on crafting a comfortable and serene atmosphere tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of a family. The project aimed to reinterpret the sense of home within a contemporary context, emphasizing intimacy, warmth, and daily functionality.
Through a careful balance of spatial organization, materials, and natural light, the design achieves a seamless flow between private and communal areas. The use of soft tones, warm textures, and locally inspired details contributes to a sense of familiarity and tranquility, reflecting both the character of the historic neighborhood and the family’s modern way of living.
Ultimately, the apartment becomes a sanctuary of calm in the urban fabric of Tehran—a place where design not only meets practical needs but also nurtures emotional comfort, harmony, and connection among family members.
