The Qeytariyeh Residential Building in northern Tehran was designed by Saye Architects Office in 1,600 square meters, featuring six above-ground floors and two underground levels. The project comprises five modern three-bedroom residential units, each equipped with various facilities.
The design emphasizes color balance and a harmonious combination of stone and wood, which brings warmth and a welcoming atmosphere to the living spaces. Additionally, the inclusion of greenery on the façade and rooftop introduces a strong connection to nature, enhancing the overall residential experience.
By integrating thoughtful material choices, natural elements, and functional layouts, the project creates a comfortable, contemporary living environment that blends urban sophistication with a sense of natural serenity for its residents.
