Hengam Residential Complex is a five-story building composed of two-bedroom units. Privately funded and developed, the project emphasizes the use of simple materials to create a warm and family-oriented atmosphere.
The façade design centers on dense-textured stone complemented by wood elements that provide a balanced color harmony. The highlight of the exterior is the small light boxes that form a rhythmic pattern across the façade—bringing natural light into the interior stairwells as well.
A small rooftop garden completes this intimate residential complex, adding a touch of greenery and calm to this building.
