Khonideh Residential Building was designed on a site featuring beautiful local cypress trees, which hold symbolic significance in Persian culture. The entire architectural design was carefully shaped to respect the position of these trees and integrate them harmoniously into the site.
Brick, a locally sourced material, was selected for both the exterior façade and certain interior spaces, reinforcing a connection to the region’s traditional building practices.
The interior design was developed to create a calm and soothing atmosphere, maintaining a strong visual and spatial connection to the surrounding nature, allowing the villa to blend seamlessly with its natural environment.
