The Mohri Residential Building, designed entirely by Saye Architecture Office, is a seven-story structure above ground with two basement levels, located in the northern part of Tehran. This residential complex offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool and spa, a multi-purpose hall, and a gym, providing residents with both comfort and a sense of community.
The architectural concept draws inspiration from ancient Persian architecture, studying its proportions, spatial harmony, and material authenticity. Through this exploration, the design reinterprets historical references in a contemporary and refined way.
By employing natural, living materials and integrating symbolic architectural gestures, the project bridges the past and the present—creating a building that not only serves modern urban life but also honors the cultural and architectural heritage from which it draws its spirit.
