The Mojgan Residential Building is a five-story apartment complex designed and built by Saye Architects. The project features a distinct form developed for compact one-bedroom units, all of which belong to a single family.
The design concept focuses on simple materials combined with vibrant colors, creating a cheerful yet refined atmosphere. The wooden elements of the façade bring visual balance to the color palette. At the same time, the small stairwell windows form a patterned rhythm—acting as a decorative wooden pathway across the façade.
