The Molavi Residential Project, designed by Saye Architecture Office, covers a total built area of 2,000 square meters across five above-ground floors and is situated in a hot, arid desert region. Traditional buildings in this area are typically constructed with brick and domed roofs, which inspired the design approach.

Drawing from the historical architectural context, the building employs brick material and arched forms to create a dynamic façade. The arrangement of terraces and green spaces adds vibrancy and promotes a sense of community and neighborhood interaction within the residential complex.

The project offers a vertical interpretation of the horizontal layers characteristic of desert cities, incorporating domed coverings as a nod to local tradition. Thoughtful integration of terraces, the main entrance, and the parking access results in a well-composed, sculpted form that balances functionality with aesthetic harmony.
