The Mousivand Residential Complex in Tehran functions as a window opening toward the Alborz Mountains. This 14-story building, with three underground levels, comprises 83 residential units. Due to the elongated shape of the site, the design is organized into two interconnected blocks. The building’s fragmented façades and sharp edges create dynamic perspectives with varied angles for the residents. The project features amenities such as a gym, spa, wellness and swimming pool area, lounge, roof garden, and a reception hall, positioning it among high-end luxury developments.
