Located in the midst of an old garden, the Negarestan Mansion is a seven-story residential building above ground with two basement levels. It is one of the major projects that Saye Architects spent several years designing and executing. Designing, constructing, and furnishing this 10,000-square-meter building was a significant challenge, especially since the concept was for each of the six 1,200-square-meter units to have a unique design tailored to its client.

Accordingly, the interior design of each unit was developed with a sense of luxury and individuality. The internal spaces include the main entrance hall, separate reception rooms for guests and private gatherings, family living areas, and suites for parents and children—each designed as an independent unit with its own workspace. Additional spaces, such as a music room, meditation room, and a traditional Persian room with elaborate mirror work, are also part of the units.

The building’s facilities include a rooftop garden with an outdoor swimming pool and wellness area, an indoor pool and wellness zone with sauna and steam rooms, wave-generation equipment in the pool, a grand events hall connected to the landscape, a private car wash, and a luxurious lobby.

The project was completed using the finest high-end brands. The exceptional landscape design and the wellness complex, also designed and executed by Saye Architects, serve as integral parts of this development.
