Pernian Residential Project addresses architectural challenges arising from specific site constraints and client requirements. Located in Niavaran, Tehran, the project was designed and executed by Saye Architects, comprising twelve residential units across seven above-ground floors and one basement, featuring a luxurious lobby, rooftop garden, and various resident amenities.
The main design focus was to provide architectural solutions that respond to the site’s limitations while optimizing interior spaces. The building’s façade and interior organization were shaped to achieve harmonious proportions and functional layouts. Sharp angles in the plan resulted in folded surfaces, creating a dynamic and sculptural architectural expression.
A carefully considered material palette, combining stone and wood with precise detailing, produces an organic and visually engaging façade. Terraces, recesses, and volumetric interplay further enhance the building’s overall architectural rhythm, reflecting a design strategy that balances aesthetics with functional requirements.
