The design of a precast concrete components factory located in an industrial zone in southern Iran was developed by Saye Architects Office. The project encompassed the comprehensive design of all key facilities, including the administrative building, the main production hall, landscape design, and the residential and service areas for staff.
Given that the entire complex revolves around the production of concrete elements, the design approach was centered on celebrating the material itself. Concrete, as both structure and surface, became the main expressive medium of the project. The architecture demonstrates the aesthetic and technical versatility of precast concrete, not only in the factory’s exterior and structural components but also throughout the interior spaces, where detailing, texture, and light interplay highlight the craftsmanship and potential of the material.
