The Sam Center West commercial and office building, designed by Saye Architects Office, is a new mixed-use complex in western Tehran. The project, developed over nine floors above ground and four basement levels, was conceived with a fully contemporary approach, integrating a variety of spaces such as offices, conference halls, retail areas, restaurants, and cafés to create an active and vibrant urban destination.
The building façade is defined by a gleaming glass volume that shines like a crystal, reflecting light dynamically. Within this transparent surface, terraces and volumetric recesses introduce rhythm and depth, shaping a distinctive urban landmark that stands out in its context.
Inside, the spatial organization revolves around three central atriums (voids) that connect different levels both visually and functionally. This configuration allows for natural light penetration and transparency, creating a sense of openness and fluidity that defines the project’s modern architectural character.
