The comprehensive interior design of all spaces within this large-scale, 42,000-square-meter development formed a major part of Saye Architects’ commission for the Vanak project. Encompassing an extensive range of amenities—including lounges, restaurants, cafés, conference halls, a grand lobby connected to landscaped areas, diverse office and retail units, and a rooftop garden equipped with a helipad, tennis courts, and a rooftop restaurant—the project demanded a holistic and integrated design approach.
Saye Architects undertook the complete interior design of these spaces, encompassing various office unit typologies, to ensure that the interiors reflected the project’s overarching architectural concept. The design process emphasized continuity between the building’s exterior dynamism and the interior spatial experience, achieved through careful orchestration of form, light, and materiality. This coherence between architecture and interior design defines the project’s identity, creating a refined environment that bridges functionality with aesthetic harmony.
